Dealer information →CURRENT INTAKE STATUS
Direct public intake is not yet open. Alpha access is invitation-based while operational validation continues.
THE SUBMISSION JOURNEY
Submit through a Criterion account when direct intake opens, or work through a Criterion Authorized Dealer.
Record the issue, denomination, date, mint, variety, declared value, and requested service for every line item.
State crossover minimums, imaging requests, special handling, and any other eligible service instructions.
Preserve an itemized copy of the submission, holder details where applicable, and pre-shipment photographs.
Use inert individual flips, clear line-item labels, secure internal packing, and a rigid unbranded outer box.
Use the confirmed receiving instructions and an appropriate tracked, insured shipping method.
Review status updates through your account and use the public record after certification is released.
PACKING STANDARD
Thoughtful preparation protects the coin, preserves submission identity, and supports an efficient receiving process.
Place each raw coin in an inert, appropriately sized flip. Do not use staples or adhesive labels on the holder.
Arrange coins in the same order as the submission form and identify every line item clearly.
Immobilize the grouped coins inside a rigid inner container so they cannot shift or contact one another.
Use a new, rigid outer box without numismatic wording. Follow the authorized address and carrier instructions exactly.
SUBMISSION GUIDANCE
Do not mail coins to a business, office, or return address until Criterion or an Authorized Dealer has issued the current submission documents and confirmed the correct receiving instructions.
