Standard Membership is $10 per year. Premier Membership is offered at the price displayed during enrollment. Dealer access requires approval and may use separately disclosed program pricing. Public certification lookup remains free.
Standard and Premier memberships renew automatically each year at the then-disclosed annual price unless canceled. Cancel online at any time; access continues through the current paid or complimentary term. A free year does not enroll a member in paid renewal unless the member separately provides affirmative renewal consent. Criterion will present the renewal price, billing frequency, cancellation method, and material terms before collecting payment information or renewal consent. Criterion retains a record of that consent and sends required confirmations and renewal notices.
A complimentary year ends on the date shown in the member account. Complimentary access does not automatically become a paid renewal unless the member separately chooses a paid plan and affirmatively authorizes automatic renewal.
A member may request an eligible upgrade at any time. The checkout or change confirmation will show any prorated amount before the member approves it. Proration is calculated by Criterion's authorized billing provider from the remaining term, not estimated by the website.
Members may cancel automatic renewal online. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid or complimentary term, and eligible access remains available until that date. Criterion may provide immediate cancellation where required by law or requested through support.
Criterion may grant non-public billing exemptions to verified internal, service, testing, or partner accounts. Exemptions are server-controlled, limited to approved accounts, and recorded in Criterion Operations. An email address or domain alone does not create exempt access.
Features may be introduced in phases and may depend on third-party authorization. eBay-connected dealer functions will not be activated until Criterion obtains the required platform access and completes security review.
