CLEAR MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Control stays with the member.

Standard and Premier memberships renew automatically each year at the then-disclosed annual price unless canceled. Cancel online at any time; access continues through the current paid or complimentary term. A free year does not enroll a member in paid renewal unless the member separately provides affirmative renewal consent.

Premier upgrades may be requested at any time. Any amount due is prorated for the unused portion of the current term and confirmed before the change is completed. Staff-granted complimentary access, internal exemptions, and manual adjustments are recorded in Criterion Operations.
